Call Out

Problem with your Hot Tub or Swim Spa? If your Spa is not behaving as it should then you can book a Call Out for one of our Engineers to come and assess the issue.

- We repair most brands of Hot Tub or Swim Spa (Inflatables not included).
- We cover Dorset & surrounding areas. Any appointments booked with a postcode outside of that radius, mileage may be chargeable. 
- All our of engineers are fully trained and registered with Hydropool. 

Our Call Out charge is £79 for the Call Out and first 30 minutes on site, additional time on site is chargeable at £39.50 per 30 minutes. You will be charged for any additional time on site at your appointment. 

Terms and conditions: Payment will be taken when your appointment is booked. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel or amend your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled within 48 hours notice may not be refunded.
